I have read the “Restrictions to membership” section of the renewal FAQs and I confirm that I do not fall into any of the categories described. I confirm that I have current Public Liability and Professional Insurance to practice Amatsu at the level I am renewing at and that I have a current First Aid Certificate to the standard required by the ATA. I further confirm that I have fulfilled my CPD requirements for the past year and that I have and will practice in accordance with the ATA code of conduct.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
